Our mutigenerational community consists of first-time homeowners, second homeowners, downsizers, always urbanites, new city-dwellers, and everything in between.

RiverWest residents are served by a dedicated HOA board fortified by several owner-led committees, including Facilities, Finance, Landscape, Design, Social, and Branding.

Dog Central

A quick visit to our lobby can feel like you’re at a dog show (although non-purebreds are very welcome at RW). Dog owners have plenty of outdoor options, from the expansive park and walking paths right across the street to the fenced dog park available for RW residents only.
