A legacy continues

RiverWest first rose to its 18+ stories in 1989 as an apartment complex before converting to condos in 2004.That transition inspired several then-renters to extend their stay at RW by becoming homeowners. Many still live among us, a testimony to our community and ideal location.

RW resides on the ancestral homelands of the Dakhóta Oyáte (Dakota people).

Ongoing Upgrades

Most recently, our Landscape Committee created an outstanding plan for the entire exterior and Promenade level, a vibrant mix of perennials and seasonal annuals.
